This greatly converts Comfort Inn as the first option for customer’s, meanwhile still maximizing profits. Comfort Inn main target is to continue offering the quality service and lodging to their customers and increasing their total sales. The staff in charge strictly evaluates the customer service, maintenance of the hotel, as well as the inventory levels.
 After having the opportunity to interview Mr. Orellana, the current manager at Comfort Inn Somerset, we have concluded that their management information system SAP has a crucial role in their day-to-day activities. The SAP software allows the hotels 24-hour service to operate successfully, keeping the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff informed of all guest information.
 By the end of 2015, Comfort Inn is planning to have a refreshed system that is not only more competitive, but will also deliver a more consistent guest experience.
